Project Brief
Saorsa Plant Based Creamery manufactures artisanal vegan cheese from fresh and organic Goan cashews. Our main objective in this project was to provide all the packaging design, branding, website, and content copy keeping in mind all the details and brief that Saorsa Plant Based Creamery client had gone over with us. The brief was very clear, the brand should reflect and promote veganism.
Getting Started
Planning is essential for any kind of development. Planning enables you to establish goals within a timeline, thus assisting in the distribution of resources and staff. It eradicates the chances of uncertainty and ensures coordination. The systematic planning enabled the team to meet the deadlines by ensuring maximum productivity.
Challenges
Designing isn’t always a straightforward process, as a result, we had to work very closely with the client. It took many iterations for us, to get the logo and the catalog design right. Once the logo was done and approved, the rest of the process with regards to design was smooth.
When you speak about veganism there are multiple aspects of it. For us, the main challenge was to highlight the major drawbacks of non-veganism on the environment and hazards to human health and to slowly take our content in the direction where we could promote vegan life and its benefits.

Saorsa was initially being launched with Cintro which had two variants. These two were aptly named:
These were to be made available in small jars initially. At a later stage, it was decided that along with the small jars the vegan cheese would also be launched in 190ml glass jars. Hence along with the branding, the following product packaging labels were designed for Saorsa.

To achieve our fine and perfect design goals we opted and utilized the Adobe suite.
Content creation is a process of incorporation of research, ideas, thoughts, and words all curled and compiled as a single creative idea.
The team tailored the content after comprehensive research into the topic from multiple viewpoints and with relevant keywords incorporated into the content. The research made us more vigilant about our surroundings and the cruelty against animals.
Social media over the years have developed its presence on the internet attracting masses of all age groups hence making it a gateway of marketing. We have successfully set up the following social media profiles for Saorsa Plant Based Creamery.
- Google My Business (GMB)
The website possesses an Indo-European look doing justice to one of the requirements of the client. The website persuades the masses to take their first step towards a cruelty-free lifestyle starting with Saorsa. The purpose of the website was to spread awareness about veganism as the sale of the products was to be through traditional mediums. The website was carefully crafted and a simple static website was developed. Before delivering the website, mandatory testing was done to make sure that it is bug-free and essentially giving the best user experience.
